Alex H. Weber

Attorney-at-law, has a long term expertise in the areas of transnational wealth engineering and transfer techniques, estate & tax planning, philanthropic projects as well as asset management and investment consulting. He previously worked as a relationship manager and financial planner for Credit Suisse in Zürich and Hong Kong and as attorney-at-law for Niederer Kraft & Frey. He serves on the board of various companies and chairs several charity and non-profit organisations.

Alex H. Weber did a law degree (MLaw) at the University of Zürich, holds a post-graduate degree (LL.M.) in International Finance and Banking Laws from Boston University and is a member of the Zürich and Swiss Bar Associations.

 

Dr. Markus A. Frey

Attorney-at-law, has a wealth of experience in trust and estate matters, family office services, banking and finance, and international private equity transactions. Since his retirement from Niederer Kraft & Frey, he is working as an independent legal consultant and serves on the board of numerous international companies and institutions. He chairs several charity foundations and non-profit organisations and is Swiss Honorary General Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Dr. Markus A. Frey has a doctorate degree (PhD) from the University of Zürich and holds a post-graduate Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Miami, School of Law. He is recognized as a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a member of the Zürich, Swiss and International Bar Associations.
